The authentic Italian flavors of the Avalon Ristorante are guaranteed to amaze guests. The adherents of fine dining can enjoy pizza made in a wood-fired oven, as well as tiramisu, original Italian risotto and pasta, as well as special hams and cold-cuts. The restaurant’s sommelier offers guests a wide range of domestic and international wines. The Ristorante provides a multitude of events and well-known performers to its guests all year round in order to complement the fine dining with a well-rounded experience.
The Avalon Ristorante won two illustrious awards at the Gastro Design 2016 event in Budapest. Classy hotels and restaurants compete at the most prestigious professional competition announced for restaurants by the Turizmus Trend/Vendég & Hotel (Tourism Trend/Guest & Hotel) professional magazine for the third time. Our restaurant received a gold medal in the Catering Industry Equipment and Interior Decoration – Indoors, Hotel category and the Guest & Hotel special award as well.

I was born in Hungary and grew up in Italy. Even while cultivating the tastes of my homeland, I was increasingly enchanted by the exciting rustic atmosphere of Italian cuisine. My heart’s desire has finally been fulfilled since I can now return to my home country and introduce everyone to this exciting culinary adventure. I hope you’ll join us!

Thanks to my choice of profession, I had the chance to journey throughout the world. It’s an honor for me that Avalon Park accepted me into their family community and finally – after many years of searching – I found my calling and can amaze the local “audience” with my creations. For me, cooking is more than a profession: it’s a way of life!

I like seeking out and getting acquainted with new ingredients and technologies, whilst respecting the traditions. I’m devoted to quality and precision. I believe that one can only cook something good from good ingredients, yet that’s not all… perfection requires humility, professional dedication and respect for the ingredients. That’s the only way I can cook.
I can tell about myself that I have been able to learn from and work together over the years with people who are recognized experts in Hungarian and international bar culture. They made the magical world of cocktails making to become my passion and I hide this love in every finished drink I make for my guests.
An excellent team is also essential for making excellent desserts. As a member of the Avalon confectionery team, I try to exploit my knowledge of hotels in Spain and Michelin-starred restaurants in Hungary. It gives me great pleasure to be able to pamper our guests with our desserts to such a high standard in my hometown.

As a deep-rooted miskolc, I was very happy when Avalon Park, within the Ristorante, was built. There was no question for me to be a part of this, which fortunately was given. I love people, my life is hospitality and as a result I do everything I can to ensure that whoever holds (any) event with us leaves with joy and unforgettable experiences.
I am working as a manager in the heart of Avalon Park, in the Ristorante. Throughout my life, I didn’t consciously drop into hospitality, but I really found myself in this profession. I look at Avalon Park not only as a workplace, but it has become a part of my life. It simply recharges and makes us happy when our guests leave the restaurant satisfied, their happiness is a recognition for our work.
For me, the world of wines is an exciting place where you can always develop and experience something new. I would also like to share this experience with our guests in the unique environment of Avalonia. I consider myself lucky to be a member of the Avalon family and receive all the support. Avalon Park is like a good wine to me; it has everything in balance and gives you an experience of a lifetime!
I have always kept in mind the importance of connecting with people. This, coupled with the hospitality, gave a real purpose and a great opportunity in the Ristorante! Walking the ranks of the ladder, I am very proud to be able to use my knowledge as a member of this team! It is a pleasure to put a smile on the face of our visiting guests, to book a comfortable table for them, and that they can have great drinks and taste our delicious food.
I believe continuous professional development is essential in our profession. I still train myself to this day, in courses abroad and in Hungary. I would like to combine the elements of modern Hungarian, Italian and French confectionery and create something unique, these desserts can be tasted by our dear guests in Avalon Park every day of the week.
